Charlie Spiegel's Bay Area practice includes divorce and custody mediation, pre and post marital planning and agreements, adoption, surrogacy and real estate matters. Charlie served as Co-Chair of the National Board of Lambda Legal, and was a founding Executive Director of Our Family Coalition, the bay area's LGBT family organization. Charlie writes and lectures extensively on the topics of separating with respect and intentionality for both heterosexual and LGBT couples alike.
